Hommage a Eliadr silk scarf is a fantastic journey into the fascinating world of writer and philosopher Mircea Eliade. Through this scarf, we support a special cause, the construction of a new educational center for disadvantaged children in Fiser, Brasov.
The complex composition, with an impressive variety of decorative elements, is divided into four main compositional areas, representative of Eliade's experiences in India, Romania, Paris and Chicago. These are the places that influenced him the most, from a philosophical and artistic perspetive. The portrait in the middle is based on the writer's most famous photograph and aims to illustrate, through the chosen colour palette and vibrant tones, the innovative character, full of intellectual courage and desire for innovation, that characterises Mircea Eliade.
The protagonist of the campaign dedicated to Mircea Eliade and education is Paula Herlo , reporter for over 20 years at PRO TV News, winner of the International Emmy Award for television news. The composition was handmade by designer Andreea Tincu in acrylic colours, then digitally processed and printed on silk. Each scarf is packaged in gold silk paper and premium box.
