Ode to Joy silk scarf
Ode to Joy is a scarf inspired by the extraordinary world of music. The name of the scarf is taken from "An die Freude", an ode written in 1785 by the German poet and historian Friedrich Schiller, but mostly known for the music composed by Ludwig van Beethoven in the movement of his Ninth Symphony, for four vocal soloists, a chorus and an orchestra. The musical reinterpretation by Beethoven has become, without the lyrics, the hymn of the European Union. The graphic was created manually, is complex, and includes classical music instruments in an artistic reinterpretation, signed by Andreea Tincu. You will notice the image of the Romanian Athenaeum, the score and flowers in the piano keys. The photoshoot protagonist is a classical music Romanian soloist with the National Opera in Iasi, soprano Diana Bucur. We summarize the scarf inspiration by using a quote from Ludwig van Beethoven: ”Music is a revelation loftier than all wisdom and all philosophy”. The scarf can be customized with the desired initials and a card with a message can also be included in the package. The scarf is packed in golden silk paper and a premium black box. Size: 67 x 67 cm
