Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
Returns received after the given term will not be accepted.
ANDREA TINCU only accepts returns of non-defective products in their original condition, which have not been worn, damaged, or washed, with all attached/applied labels and packaged in their original packaging.
After receiving a product without labels, please notify us immediately if you wish to return it. We recommend all customers to carefully inspect clothing items upon receipt before removing any attached labels or taking them out of the original packaging.
Please note that we can replace a product with another of the same type but in a different size.
Replacement products will be shipped only after the returned goods have been received and verified by the quality control (CTC). Please note that a customer is allowed to exchange a product with another of the same type only once, but in a different size.
For personalized scarves with a name or dedicated message, returns are not accepted.
Please note that unidentified returns/exchanges will be returned to the sender.
The merchandise should be returned in one package. We reserve the right to do no accept multiple returns of the same order. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages that are NOT shipped via DHL. We are not obliged to cover any shipping costs that are not provided by DHL.
Returns are not accepted for modified designs that deviate from the original model based on details provided by the customer (such as added sleeves, altered neckline shape, lengthened product, changed form, etc.).
When will I receive a refund for returned items?
When every single one of our criteria have been met, we will let you know and you will
receive the entire cost of the returned product(s). Do no forget that the return shipping
charges are the client's responsibility. If you do not fulfill any of the requirements
criteria, you will be notified and the merchandise can be returned to you.
We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs. If you refuse to accept the
returned merchandise, we reserve the right to keep the product(s) and the sum that have been
already paid.
The amount of time in which the repayment in accomplished it depends on your paypal
credit card.
Please note that the refund will only be reimbursement to the credit card used for the order. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable and does not expire. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
Can I exchange an item for a different item?
No. You can return the item and then re-initiate the purchase process for another item.
